Old Charentais house, completely renovated, in the heart of the quiet village of St Gourson with its 130 inhabitants. Adjoining two houses, the gîte benefits from independent access with a terrace in front.

Access to gîte via terrace. First floor: large 73 m² living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, 1 separate toilet, 1 shower room (90x90 shower), 1 storeroom.
