This place is an enchanting retreat in a lush, bucolic setting where tranquility reigns supreme.

Just a few minutes from La Rochefoucauld, on a 5,000-square-meter property, this former barn has been completely restored using period materials and with meticulous attention to detail. Every element blends harmoniously with the surroundings. This holiday cottage for 2 people features a private outdoor area opening onto a relaxation space with a Spa and massages available upon request. The large grounds include a Piscine, relaxation and reception areas, a bar, an outdoor kitchen, and numerous tree-lined and flower-filled areas.

The ground floor opens onto the living area, which features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area. A laundry room with a washer and dryer, along with a separate toilet, complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a large walk-in closet, and a dressing area, as well as a large bathroom and a second separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels provided, along with bathrobes and pool towels. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, board games, and baby equipment: crib, changing table, and booster seat.
Breakfast and table d’hôtes meals available upon request.
Outside, in a private area: a large, flower-filled 50m² terrace, patio furniture, a plancha grill, and a Wellbeing area with a private Spa and massage corner (available upon request for an additional fee).
Shared with the owners: a magnificent 5,000 m² park and garden, a 8 m x 4 m x 1.5 m swimming pool secured by a fence (open June 15–September 15), a pool house with a summer kitchen and restroom, table tennis, and a BBQ.
