L'Echassier

At the gates of Cognac, this gite is surrounded by a large enclosed garden.

Ground floor (accessible to wheelchairs users) : open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, a shower room with wc, a double room with possible cot (on request). First floor : mezzanine with books, a double room (+ extra single Z-bed), a twin room, a shower room, wc. Enclosed courtyard. To share with the other gite and the owners : vast enclosed park with a heated swimming pool (open in July and August, protected by a fence), swing, slide, 4 bikes (for adults). Arrivals during the week are after 5.30 p.m. Near the owners'home, close to Cognac, the restored stables of the property have been converted into a self-contained holiday house. You will appreciate the private terrace and the common grounds with a swimming pool.
