In the heart of a 12-hectare estate, this rental property has been converted into a beautiful old building, with no adjoining buildings. You enter through a secure gate into the courtyard, which leads to the owners' house and another Holiday cottage for 4 people. The Holiday cottage has independent access and a private 12 m² terrace.

Ground floor: living room with pellet stove, dining area, sofa and kitchenette hidden inside cupboards. The kitchenette features a 2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave and small fridge-freezer (114 liters). This is followed by a small 1-person bedroom with 1 x 90 x 190 bed, and an en suite shower room with WC.
A beautiful wrought-iron staircase leads to an open-plan upstairs living room with connected TV and numerous books/BDs, and a bedroom with a clerestory wall overlooking the living room. The upstairs bedroom has a 90 x 190 bed and a 140 x 190 bed.

Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed, bathtub, high chair.
Heating by pellet stove, payable on site according to consumption.
