Situated on the outskirts of a village, in the heart of nature, this single-storey gîte has been converted into a renovated farmhouse surrounded by vines, near Château Maillou. It is close to another gîte, but benefits from independent access and garden.

Living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area equipped with a convertible 2-person sofa (rapido sofa), bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of twin beds), shower room, wc.
Private 200 m² garden overlooking the vineyards and sheep of the neighboring eco-pasture plot. Large communal garden with shared swimming pool (fenced with security gate, depth 1.20 m to 1.70 m) open from early June to late September, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. with the owners and another Holiday cottage.
Wifi internet connection with fiber, bed linen rental on request.
Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub.
Hiking and mountain-biking trails from the Holiday cottage and riding center 500 m away. Quiet setting.
