Close to the Périgord region, this country house features an old bread oven in the living room. You'll enjoy a private spa on the gîte's covered terrace.

House adjoining the owner's house, not overlooked, in a village just a stone's throw from Périgord (30 mn from Brantôme and Piégut market).

Ground floor: living room/kitchen (with full-size refrigerator), old bread oven, toilet, pantry.
First floor: access to the 28 m² covered terrace with a jacuzzi heated to 32° (open only in July and August) and an exercise bike, 1 bedroom with 2 90-cm beds, 1 two-bedroom suite (1 with a 140-cm bed, the other with a 90-cm bed), bathroom with toilet. The holiday cottage is air-conditioned in all rooms.
Private courtyard, garden, 70-m² terrace.
Shared with the other holiday cottage and the owners: heated pool [Solar heating, (10x5 m), unsupervised (fence)], open from June 15 to September 30, weather permitting.
Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, baby bathtub, potty, changing pad.
Bed linen and towels provided; beds made on arrival.
Green’Up high-power charging station for electric vehicles (included with your stay).
Food truck in the village every other Thursday during the summer.
