On the outskirts of Angoulême and close to the activities of the Charente river, you'll be seduced by this renovated 19th-century house of character, and by its bucolic, verdant setting. The owners have renovated a private apartment on the second floor overlooking the garden: two bedrooms, a shower room, a toilet and a kitchenette. Situated on the site of an old mill, the presence of water all around the house means that children need to be supervised.
Family suite on 2nd floor comprising two bedrooms, Mayotte and Polynesia, each with 1 x 160cm bed (2 x 80cm twin beds) and a single sofa bed (100x190cm), private bathroom with large shower, private separate toilet, kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster).
Available: open-air terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, ping-pong table, garden with 50 m² Piscine (with alarm and cover), unheated, open from May 1 to October 15 (depth 1m50). On-site parking, possibility of garage for motorcycles and bicycles.
WIFI. Fans available, mosquito screens installed on windows.
Baby bed, high chair and protective barrier at top of stairs available.
Naturopathic consultation and shiatsu wellbeing massage available.

RdV Excellent facility and magnifique owners
The accommodation is excellent, we had access to most of the available facilities.
Given the 30 + plus degrees during our stay, the swing pool was a real luxury and the reward of a long and busy day. Would like to thank the owners for their hospitality, the nice interactions and above all for their friendliness. A recommendation !!- Cleanliness

Val92 Le moulin enchanteur !
Le moulin Garaud, c'est un enchantement dès le portail passé, effet waouh garanti ! Le parc est magnifique, le moulin également, l'ambiance est apaisante.
Nous y avons passé une très bonne soirée, et pu profiter de la piscine !
Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, l'étage chambres d'hôtes aménagé avec soins, et le petit déjeuner maison.

Patrice Notre deuxième mémorable séjour - un hâvre de paix
Trois ans après notre premier séjour, la même magie opère toujours, des hôtes toujours aussi accueillants et charmants. Une piscine ensoleillée, un petit déjeuner bio et varié, ainsi qu'un jardin paysagé qui est un vrai écrin de verdures.

Prachtig Mooie gites.
Mooie gîtes. Hartelijk onthaald. Nette kamers. Het zwembad is echt een pluspunt. Rustig gelegen. Zeker de moeite om eens te gaan.

Les hôtes étaient très accueillants. La bâtisse a été refaite avec goût, le jardin est très bien entretenu et bucolique. La chambre, salle de bain et cuisine étaient très propres et super déco !
