Set above a stream, the studio offers a lovely view of the water and also of the vineyards of the Cognac region. The studio is located close to the owners, in a completely independent house with no facing building on the garden side.
You'll be able to set off on beautiful walks along the path that runs alongside the mill. The location is ideal for discovering the vineyards, the unspoilt villages of Grande Champagne and the town of Cognac. On the edge of the Charente Maritime department, you'll be on the road to the ocean.
Parking is outside the property, and access to the mill's private courtyard is via a staircase with 5 wooden steps. The studio is then on one level.
