This renovated stone cottage is set in the heart of a flower-filled property in a hamlet. Numerous leisure facilities, including a swimming pool shared with the owners.
First floor: living/dining room/kitchen, shower room, wc, bedroom with 1 x 160*200 bed. 1st floor: gaming area on mezzanine, bedroom with 2 x 90 beds.
Covered terrace, private enclosed courtyard 150m². To be shared with the owners and another Holiday cottage: enclosed grounds 5000 m², Piscine (10.5 x 4.5 m.) from 01/06 to 30/09, swing, slide, table tennis.
Wifi, DVD player.

Séjour très agréable, gîte charmant et confortable,bonne literie, bien équipé. Au calme et sans vis à vis. Accès direct à la piscine ,beaucoup d'espace extérieur. Hôtes accueillants et réactifs. Nous y retourneront avec plaisir.

Famille lorenzo Très bien.
Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Gîte confortable. Il est agréable de se baigner dans la piscine après une journée de balades. Gîte proche également de la Dordogne, ce qui permet de sillonner un peu cette région

Cela faut plusieurs années que nous passons une semaine dans ce gîte avec ma petite fille et mon fils La piscine est très bien. Ma petite fille adore. C'est la campagne avec peu de bruit pour bien dormir et se reposer. A moins de 5 minutes en voiture un ALDIS et un INTERMARCHE. 2 boulangerie traditionnelles dans la ville de MONBRONT. A conseiller.
