The Logis de Sigogne, listed as a Historic Monument, is incredible with its 20-meter watchtower, offering a distant view of the Countryside. You'll be amazed by the exposed framework of the watchtower, the "Cœurs de demoiselles" floor in the guard's lodge, the magnificent spiral staircase, the mullioned windows and the stained glass windows.
Situated in a hamlet, the house is independent and surrounded by 5500 m² of green space, on a fully enclosed property.
21st-century comforts have been added to this exceptional building, but old features such as the staircase in the tower are period features.

On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bed (160 x 200), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 200cm bed) that can be joined together, 1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds (90 x 200cm) that can be joined together and 1 bed (90 x 200cm), 1 bathroom, and a shower room with a toilet. A piano is available on the landing.
Access via 3 steps to the tower section, which offers a second living area (2 sofa beds, Bed 200 x 200).
Access to the second floor is via a spiral staircase leading to the bedroom with a 160 x 200 canopy bed and one bed 140 x 190.
The spiral staircase leads to the third floor and the watchtower, located beneath the roof trusses with a 360° view—this room is unheated.
