The Logis de Sigogne, listed as a Historic Monument, is incredible with its 20-meter watchtower, offering a distant view of the Countryside. You'll be amazed by the exposed framework of the watchtower, the "Cœurs de demoiselles" floor in the guard's lodge, the magnificent spiral staircase, the mullioned windows and the stained glass windows.
Situated in a hamlet, the house is independent and surrounded by 5500 m² of green space, on a fully enclosed property.
21st-century comforts have been added to this exceptional building, but old features such as the staircase in the tower are period features.
Living room with sitting area, 190 cm connected TV, wood-burning stove, dining area. Equipped kitchen, separated by a glass roof, offering a 2nd dining area, laundry room with wine cellar.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90 x 200, 1 bedroom with 2 twin trundle beds (90 x 200) and 1 bed 90 x 200, 1 bathroom and a shower room with WC. Piano available on landing.
Access by 3 steps to the dungeon area offering a 2nd lounge area (2 sofas/bed 100 x 200).
Access to the 2nd floor is via the spiral staircase to the bedroom with a 160 x 200 four-poster bed and 1 Bed 140 x 190.
The spiral staircase leads to the 3rd floor, where you'll find the watchroom with its 360° view - unheated.

For babies: 2 cots, 1 bath, 1 high chair.
Outside: Nordic bath from 01/05/26, usable all year round, barbecue, garden furniture.
