On the outskirts of Angoulême, this gîte has been converted from the former barn of a magnificent winegrowing estate, with a vast garden planted with trees and a swimming pool. Le Logis de la Templerie is ideal for a stay with family or friends, with its spacious living room and private bathroom for each bedroom.

Ground floor: large 72 m² living room with sitting area (fireplace), kitchen, wc, 2 bedrooms (access via patio): Emeraude (bed 160, bathroom, wc) and Rubis (bed 140 + bed 90, bathroom, wc).
Floor: living room, laundry room, Opale (bed 140 + bed 90, bathroom, wc), Topaze (bed 160 + bed 90, shower room, wc), Saphir suite (1 bedroom with bed 160, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, bathroom, wc).
Table tennis, private patio 200 m². Plancha grill. To share with the other gîte: 2000 m² enclosed garden with swimming pool (open 1/6 - 30/9, with protective fence), swing, 3 bicycles, games room with small pool table. Covered parking. On request, possibility of motorcycle garage. WIFI with fiber.
