Just 15 minutes from Angoulême, this very comfortable gîte enjoys a very peaceful setting in the heart of the countryside.

Situated on the outskirts of a village, in the heart of nature, this comfortable gîte with three bedrooms, each with private bathroom, has been fitted out in a renovated former tenant farm surrounded by vineyards, near Château Maillou. It is close to another gîte, but has its own access and garden.

First floor: living room, small fitted kitchen (2-burner hob, oven, microwave), PMR-accessible bedroom with 160*200 bed, private shower room and toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160*200 bed, private shower room and toilet, and 1 bedroom with 1 x 160*200 bed and 1 x 90*190 bed, private shower room and toilet.
Private 200 m² garden with view of the sheep on the neighboring eco-pasture plot. Large communal garden with shared Piscine (fenced with security gate and alarm,) open from early June to late September, from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm with the owners and the other guest house, parking.
