Independent gîte close to the owner's house and another gîte in a village near Périgord (Brantôme and Piégut market 30 mn away).

First floor: living room with kitchen, laundry room, bedroom with 1 bed 140, bedroom with 2 beds 90, shower room, wc.
Upstairs: mezzanine lounge, step access to a bedroom with low cross-beams and 1 bed 140, a bedroom with 2 beds 90.
50 m² covered terrace with garden furniture, 400 m² unfenced private garden, carport with reinforced Green'Up socket for recharging electric vehicles (included in living room).
Shared with the other Holiday cottage and the owners: heated swimming pool (solar heating, 10 x 5 m, from 15/06 to 30/09 depending on weather, unsupervised (barrier), 1 m to 1.80 m deep).
Stereo system. Holiday cottage air-conditioned in all rooms.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, potty, booster seat, stair gate.
Bed linen and towels supplied, beds made on arrival.
Barbecue.
Food Truck in the village on Thursdays every 15 days during the summer.
