At the gateway to Périgord, 50s house set in the heart of nature, overlooking the Château de Villebois-Lavalette and surrounding countryside. Peace and quiet are guaranteed, and you'll be able to set off on lovely walks.
Access to the house via a 5-step staircase leading to an entrance hallway. Living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area (double glazing + roller shutters) wc, shower room (with large shower), 2 steps to a bedroom with double bed (140), 2 further steps to the other two interconnecting bedrooms (one with double bed (140), the other with 2 single beds (90)).

4/5La vraie vie à la campagne. On a découvert les machines agricoles, le cadre est magnifique avec ses champs de tournesols, de blé et de mais.
La maison de famille a son charme particulier.

5/5Tout d'abord par rapport aux prix je n'attendai pas à ce que ce soit aussi bien
La situation géographique sud Charente très proche de la Dordogne Ce qui nous a permis d'être proche de Brantôme et aubeterre sur dronne
