First floor: entrance, large, bright 78 m² living room with sitting area and access via 3 steps to dining room and fitted kitchen, wc, laundry room, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, equipped with shower and washbasin, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, separate shower room and wc.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed and open en-suite shower room, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room, wc.
Internet access with fiber: Box Orange. TV and connected loudspeaker. Piano. Air-conditioning.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair.
Private outdoor area consisting of a 220 m² plot and a 400 m² courtyard with terraces. 25 m² covered terrace with 6-seater spa (usable all year round).
Private heated swimming pool (4x9m) secured by a cover, open from 1/5 to 15/10 from 9am to 11pm (depth from 1m30 to 2m).
Sheets, towels, kitchen linen and end-of-stay cleaning included. Beds made up on arrival.
