Accommodation in a typical 16th-century ballet house with stone staircase. Upstairs, from the spacious living room, you'll enjoy unobstructed views over the countryside. The intimate courtyard and covered terrace are ideal for lazy days around the pool or in the spa.
Garden level: entrance with laundry room, WC and bedroom with 180x200 bed, private terrace and shower room.
Access via outside staircase or inside staircase to 1st-floor living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge.
2nd floor: one bedroom with 180x200 bed and two bedrooms with 2 90x200 beds each, WC, and a shower room with large shower. Each room is equipped with a TV.
Fiber-optic Internet access with Box
For babies: cot, bathtub, high chair, potty, toilet adapter, bath seat.
500m² enclosed area with garden area, courtyard, 40m² covered terrace with 5-seater spa open from 01/04 to 02/11. Private 8x4m, 1.40m-deep swimming pool, open from 15/05 to 30/09, protected by roller shutter. Brazier, ping-pong table, 6 bicycles (2 electric), parking, reinforced socket for electric vehicle included in price.

2DER886 Most wonderfull gite!
We had a lovely 2-week stay in the Clos des Fins Bois. The gite is excellent. The kitchen is full equipped and the rooms are decorated with a fine and warm home-feeling. At arrival we had a warm welcome with guidded tour trough the gite. All questions answered. During our stay the owner (= the whole family) was available for questions. We had a fantastic stay in a "complete" gite. We will keep the place in mind for a future return!!

Zeer mooie vakantiewoning, straalt echt vakantiegevoel uit.
Zeer goede bedden, enkel waren de slaapkamers wel warm om te slapen.
Heel vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaar, heel gastvrij.
Goede ligging, niet ver van winkels .

John Beautiful Gite, Top Class Facilities
Beautifully restored gite, outside areas are fabulous, we also loved the beds in the rooms that are so comfortable. We made use of the pool, bikes, and BBQ and Fabrice was such a helpful host, we would recommend this gite, we rented it for a special family birthday and it surpassed our expectations.

Séjour parfait et gîte nickel et bien équipé
Très bel endroit avec une très belle décoration
et des beaux matériaux
Le propriétaire est extrêmement sympas
