Just a few minutes from Cognac, this Charentais house opens its doors to you for an authentic and relaxing stay. Completely renovated with respect for its original character, the house combines the charm of the past with modern comforts. Whether you're on a romantic getaway, a sightseeing trip or a business trip, you'll find a haven of peace here. In the morning, enjoy a gourmet breakfast featuring local produce, before setting off to discover the region's riches: Cognac vineyards, picturesque villages, nature walks or cultural heritage.

Access to the walled property through the Charentais gate. The 3 bed and breakfast rooms are located in a separate wing of the property, and breakfasts are served in the owners' house. On the first floor: entrance with courtesy tray, then on the 1st floor, the "Grande Champagne" family suite is housed in a 50 m² apartment with two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed 160 x 200, separate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower. On the 2nd floor, access to the "Bacchus" bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 and private bathroom, and to the "Fins Bois" bedroom with double bed 160 x 200, dressing room and private bathroom with WC. Breakfast is served in another part of the building, in the owners' living room.
Fiber-optic Internet access with repeater. For babies: cot, high chair and bath seat. Outside: 2600 m² of communal gardens with picnic table by the pool. 12 x 6-meter Piscine, 1.60 m deep, shared with the owners and the Holiday cottage. The unheated Piscine is open from June 1 to September 15, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is secured by a roller shutter. Parking on site.
