On a typical Cognac Vineyard property dating back to 1830, the Holiday cottage is housed in a former wine storehouse adjoining the owners' house. The single-storey Holiday cottage has its own entrance and is separated from the owners' house by a room with authentic character, giving access to the swimming pool. The surrounding area is ideal for walking or cycling through vineyards, forests and typical villages. The region will also appeal to lovers of gastronomy and local discoveries. Between heritage, nature and the Charentais art of living, the Chai de Bacchus is the ideal starting point for exploring Cognac, its spirits houses, its historic center and the treasures of the Charente.

Living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, then 1 bedroom with double bed 160 x 200, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90 x 200, WC, bathroom with bath and shower. Fiber optic Internet access with repeater, TV with additional Orange TV channels, connected loudspeaker. For babies: cot, high chair and bath seat. Outside: private garden furniture in front of the gîte, access to the property's two 2600 m² communal gardens, electric barbecue. Piscine 12 x 6 m, 1.60 m deep, shared with owners and Bed and breakfast. The unheated Piscine is open from June 1 to September 15, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and is secured by a roller shutter.
