Holiday cottage adjoining 3 other holiday cottages in an old farmhouse on a property near Angoulême.
First floor: living room with kitchenette, storeroom with toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with bed 140, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 2 Bunk beds, dressing room, shower room with wc.
2 covered terraces, 1 on the first floor in front of the 17 m² living room, the other on the first floor in front of the 9 m² bedrooms.
To be shared with 4 other Holiday cottages, 2 Bed and breakfasts and the owners: 5000 m² park planted with trees and flowers, fenced, unsupervised swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 1.60 m deep) open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. from early June to late September, trampoline, bowling green, table tennis, volleyball. Bed linen provided, beds made. Heating payable on site (on request). Fiber-optic Wifi.
Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, potty, protective barrier for stairs.
Dogs must be kept on a leash. Electric vehicle charging station on site, extra charge. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
