Just 10 minutes west of Angoulême, this old Charente property with its magnificent gate and outbuildings offers an enclosed, intimate space with no overlooking. The Location is ideal for discovering the Charente valley, taking a ride on the Flow Vélo or visiting Cognac, its Vineyard and its houses. Located on a truffle plantation, the owner can show you all the secrets of truffles. We'll take you on a journey through the different varieties of this black gold.

The central outside staircase leads to the terrace before entering the house. Entrance hall, dining room with herbal tea corner.
First floor: the "Magnatum" bedroom with 2 90 x 200cm beds, private shower room and WC, TV and herbal tea corner.
Upstairs: a sitting area with TV, the "Mélano" bedroom and the "Aestivum" bedroom, each with a double bed 160 x 200 and 1 single bed 90 x 200, private shower room, WC and TV.
Internet/fiber: Box.
For babies: high chair, baby bed, potty, bathtub.
Outside: 500 m² enclosed courtyard with garden, covered area including 3 parking spaces, with reinforced socket for electric vehicles, table soccer, table tennis, 4 bicycles.
