50 m² private terrace, enclosed parking, and a private garden of approximately 500 m². Free access to the owners’ 4 x 10 m Piscine, heated from May 15 to October 15, protected by a roller shutter, with a maximum depth of 1.70 m. Available in a barn semi-detached to the owners’ house: pool table (2.80 m) and pinball machine.
Sheets and towels included; beds made on arrival.
