Single-storey gîte, accessible to people with reduced mobility, set in a stone-built house with private enclosed garden.
Large entrance hall, kitchen, dining/living room, shower room, wc, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) and en-suite shower room/wc, 1 bedroom with 160cm bed. Umbrella bed for baby available. Bicycles available on request (3 for adults, one smaller). TV in each room. 4G telephone coverage on all networks. WIFI via fiber. Visit the ostrich farm and discover the animals on the owners' property, just a hundred meters from the Holiday cottage. Nearby attractions: Cognac houses, Museums of the Art of Cognac, Romanesque churches. Hiking in the vineyards and along the Charente river (hiking maps provided). Tourism and Handicap label (mental, hearing).

Avec son épouse, il vous accueille en toute convivialité sur leur propriété, véritable ménagerie qui héberge également des animaux du monde entier: autruches , dromadaire ,buffle , zébu , zèbre ,lama , alpaga .. , ! L' hiver, il distille tout son vin pour fabriquer le cognac ; il pourra tout vous expliquer sur cet élixir et vous proposera des œufs et de la viande d' autruche selon la saison.
