This former workshop has been converted into a comfortable studio on a lovely Charente estate whose main house dates back to the 15th century. Located near the owners’ home, this rental is self-contained, and each guest enjoys their own private outdoor space without any disturbance. Located in the northern part of the Charente department, this holiday cottage is an ideal base for exploring the charming surrounding villages, such as Tusson, or for hiking along the many well-maintained trails.

Access from the ground-floor terrace to the living area, which features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area with a wood-burning stove, as well as a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine open to the living room, with a low ceiling, furnished with a double bed (140 x 190).
Fiber-optic internet, distributed via a repeater throughout the holiday cottage.
For babies, available upon request: high chair, Umbrella bed with extra mattress, baby bathtub, potty, and toilet seat reducer.
Outdoors: a 50 m² private area, including a 15 m² terrace, on a 3,000 m² property that is enclosed and secured by a gate. Access to the owners’ shared garden, which includes a shaded area. Outdoor furniture, barbecue, 2 bicycles. On-site parking.
