Just outside Angoulême, this first-floor gîte is ideally located for sightseeing and walks along the Charente river.
In the midst of nature, you'll enjoy absolute peace and quiet, with a starting point for hiking trails.
The gîte is attached to the owners' house, but has its own entrance and private area. The property is also home to another 4-person gîte.

Access to first-floor apartment via double staircase.
Entrance into a fitted kitchen, living/dining room with 130cm TV, a bedroom with 2 90x200 beds (which can be twinned into 1 180x200 bed) and private shower room/WC, a second bedroom with 2 90x200 beds (which can be twinned into 1 180x200 bed) and private shower room/WC accessible via 3 fairly high steps.

Outside: 100m² garden reserved for Holiday cottage. Private gravelled terrace of 45m² at the rear of the Holiday cottage. Shared 12-hectare plot with horses, chickens, donkeys and 1000m² pond.
4 bicycles available, barbecue, ping-pong table, baby slide, basketball hoop, motorcycle garage, on-site parking. Sports hall with 2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 elliptical, 1 rowing machine and 1 weight bench.
