Spacious, self-contained gîte located near a winery in a hamlet in the Cognac vineyards.
First floor: kitchen/dining room, 23 m² living room (can sleep 2), shower room and toilet with PRM access. First floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90, 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90, shower room, wc.
Terrace 20 m², private garden, courtyard and grounds of approx. 1000 m². Table soccer, billiards, Kids' games.
WIFI, DVD player.
Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, potty.
Heating to be paid on request.
Reservations from Monday to Monday.
