First floor : 2 double rooms, a single room, a triple room (3 single beds), a shower room, wc. WIFI. You will appreciate the terrace, courtyard, garden and grounds, all private. Children outdoor games, common playroom in a separate building, with billiard and table football. Hiking trails maps, squash in the village, cinema at 9 km. We can organize a Visit of our wine-growing farm. Heating is billed according to consumption. This vast detached house is accessible to people with motor, hearing or behavior disabilities (Tourisme et Handicap). It is located on a wine-growing farm, in a hamlet in the cognac vineyard.
