On the edge of the Périgord and close to beautiful sites such as Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, this gîte is set in a relaxing environment. Only deer, hares and other wildlife disturb the peace and quiet.
You'll appreciate the spaciousness of this large house and the charm of the exposed beams and local stonework, not to mention the harmonious, meticulous decoration using local, personalized objects.
The stone house, typical of the South Charente region, is detached. The owners live on the site, but do not overlook the gîte.
Large entrance hall leading to shower room with toilet, 1 staircase and living room with projection screen, then dining room with fitted kitchen, storeroom/laundry room, another shower room and a second (steep) staircase. Wood-burning stove in living room.
Upstairs: 2 low-ceilinged bedrooms, each for 1 person, 3 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds 90x200 which can be converted into beds 180x200, and a 6th bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200 + 1 bed 90x200. 2 WCs with washbasins. Linen sheets made in France.
Fiber-optic Internet access: Orange Wi-Fi hotspots.
Baby equipment: cot, playpen and high chair.
Outside: 43m² terrace with garden furniture and plancha, 200m² winter garden, 300m² terraces around the Piscine, 3 hectares of land with river at the end of the field. Private Piscine 12x6m (1.80m deep) with protective fence and cover, open from 15/05 to 15/10. Table tennis, car garage in barn with 2 electric charging points (included in the price).

Très bon séjour ce gîte est parfait pour une réunion familiale grande table où on peut manger ensemble sans être serré grand salon avec canapés disponibles pour tous très grandes chambres spacieuses et lits extrêmement confortables salles de bain très fonctionnelles tranquillité assurée propriétaire très disponible et discret
