A beautiful old building renovated into a very comfortable gite with swimming pool, for stays with family or friends.

First floor (PMR accessible): large entrance hall, living room, dining room with kitchenette, linen room, wc, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190 + bed 90x200) with shower room.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with bed 140 and bed 90x200, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x190 and private 18 m² terrace, 1 shower room with wc, separate wc.
Private garden 1000 m², parking and carport.
Shared with owners: courtyard and 2000 m² grounds with swing, trampoline, table tennis. Piscine 4x7 m fenced, open from 01/06 to 30/09 until 9pm (depth 1m40), shared with owners who can use it when you're not there.
Baby equipment: 2 cots, 1 high chair, 1 booster seat, 2 changing mats, bathtub, potty.
Wood heating with pellet boiler + electric heating upstairs, to be adjusted on request.
Fiber-optic internet connection.
Tourism and Handicap label (motor, mental, hearing, visual).
Bed linen included. Additional sheets during stay: 10€/bed.
