First floor: 1 bedroom (bed 140 and bed 90x200), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90x190) and 18 m² private terrace, 1 shower room with wc, 1 shower room, separate wc.
Private garden 1000 m², parking and carport.
Shared with owners: courtyard and 2000 m² grounds with swing, trampoline, table tennis.
Fenced 4x7 m swimming pool, open from 01/06 to 30/09, shared with owners who can use it when you're not there - free use with no timetable.
Baby equipment: 2 cots, 1 high chair, 1 booster seat, 2 changing mats, bathtub, potty.
Heating: heat pump + electric on the first floor, to be adjusted on request.
Tourism and Handicap label (motor, mental, hearing, visual). NON-SMOKING GITE.
Bed linen included. Additional sheets during stay: 10€/bed
