Renovated stone cottage in the heart of a peaceful village at the crossroads of Périgord and Limousin. This comfortable gîte has been awarded the European Ecolabel.

First floor: living room with kitchen and sitting area with wood-burning stove, Wellbeing room (with Spa, Sauna, shower and washbasin), wc, storeroom. Upstairs: bedroom with 160cm bed, bedroom with 3 90x200cm beds (2 of which can be twinned), wc, shower room, gaming room with 2nd TV. The Wellbeing room is open exclusively for seasonal tourist rentals.
Small private enclosed courtyard (14 m²). Playground 600 m away.
Baby Equipment: bed, high chair, bathtub, potty, changing mat, step stool.
WIFI by box (fiber). Netflix. Telephone on fixed line only and in France. DVD player.
Bed linen provided, Beds made on arrival. Additional heating in winter. Wood 1st flambé free, then 10€ per basket.
