In a small, peaceful village in the south of Charente, old barn completely renovated with a magnificent view over the valleys. Spacious, bright gîte adjoining another property, with access to a shared swimming pool. Possibility of renting the 2 gîtes at the same time (10 pers).

Located in a small village, this spacious holiday cottage features a living area with a living room, a sitting room with a fireplace insert, and a kitchen. The entrance to the cottage is via three steps leading down. Also on the ground floor: a toilet, access to the basement with a private laundry room, and a gaming room with a foosball table (shared with another holiday cottage). From the living room, there is access to a 56m² outdoor terrace adjoining another holiday cottage.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a 140-size bed and the other with two 90-size beds that can be arranged as bunk beds or separate beds. Also upstairs is a bathroom with a large shower and a toilet.
Access to the 1,000-square-meter garden is via the basement, and access to the 11x5-meter Piscine is via the garden (about 60 meters away); the Piscine is open from May 15 to September 30 and is shared with the other holiday cottage. The Piscine is protected by a covered shelter.
