Cosy, comfortable gîte in a village house in the heart of the village of Abzac, close to the lush Charente Limousine countryside. Situated 10 minutes from Confolens, a small town full of character, and 1 hour from Limoges and Angoulême, numerous visits are possible. House adjoining other houses, with separate entrance.
First floor: entrance hall and living room with dining area. Then 9 steps to a landing with toilet and kitchen (with access to a small street). Then 4 more steps to a shower room and a large bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90, and a shower room with WC.
Street parking. Electric and gas heating. Radio, internet box.
Self-service supermarket in Abzac, 7/7 and 24/24.
Baby equipment: bed, high chair, bathtub.
Sheets, towels and kitchen linen provided.

Sweeney Family Stay in Abzac
I stayed here with my two sons and we had a lovely time. The owners met us and showed us all around the home and were so welcoming and lovely. The only reason for the four stars instead of five is that both my sons are over 6 feet and the house is not friendly to them ha ha ha it was a bit chilly but the beds were so lovely and warm thank you for a nice stay

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Le gîte est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et nous avons bien profité du petit coin à l’extérieur

Merci beaucoup. Le cadre était très agréable dans ce magnifique petit village très paisible. Ma fille a adoré sa chambre de princesse et le style était parfait. Grande maison où chacun avait sa chambre.Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants aussi.A recommander.
