In a quiet village in the Charente vineyards, this gîte combines modernity and practicality in an old building with an unobstructed view over the garden.
Ground floor: kitchen/dining room, living room with sofa and wood-burning stove, WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with 160cm bed and open-plan shower room.
Terrace, 150m² garden (with access to another Holiday cottage's swimming pool). 5000m² grounds and 50m² Piscine (accessible from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., protected by a fence, open from May to September, weather permitting), shared with 2 other Holiday cottages and the owners.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Air-conditioning on first floor.
Baby equipment: cot, bath, high chair.
2 adult bikes and bike repair station available.
Electric vehicle terminal in St Même les Carrières, route de la Gare 2.7 km away.

Music man A little bit of paradise.
Lovely little gite for a couple. Everything you couldcwish for was supplied... frim a bottle of wine on arrival to tablets fir the dishwasher. Lots of space inside this well furnished gite and a fabulous big garden. The pool looked inviting but the weather didn't play ball.
Surrounded by acres of vineyards with birds singing all day long. Loved it.- Cleanliness
