Close to the Lakes of Haute Charente and ideally located on the Vélidéale (Rochechouart/Confolens section) and the Scandibérique (Confolens/Massignac section), this is the perfect place to take a stroll with family or friends, or for a cycling stopover.

The entrance hall leads to a shower room with toilet, a 1st bedroom with wood-burning stove and 2 beds 90x200, which can be twinned to 180x200, and a private fitted kitchen overlooking the 50 m² patio, where breakfast is served by the owners. Breakfast is served in this room by the owners. Upstairs (access by staircase in the entrance hall), the landing leads to 2 bedrooms: 1 with 2 twin beds 90x190 (180x190), and 1 with 2 single beds 90x190. Kitchen equipped with 1 courtesy corner, sink, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. A washing machine-dryer is installed in the shower room.
