Just a 5-minute walk from downtown Barbezieux, this 58 m² apartment is on the 1st floor over basement of a 1950s house with a shady, enclosed garden. It is detached and enjoys an unobstructed view.
Living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140cm), bathroom, wc.
The kitchen opens onto a 15 m² aerial terrace with garden furniture, electric barbecue and deckchairs, all overlooking a green setting. Private gardens to the front and rear of the house with garden furniture and sun loungers.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer are located in a room on the garden level.
Bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival.
Baby equipment: bed, high chair, changing table, potty, bathtub, reducer.
WIFI. Telephone coverage with all operators.
Heating to be paid on site.
Possibility of parking a small vehicle under the terrace. 2 bicycles available. Basketball hoop, swing set.
La Voie Verte 500 m away, Les Antilles and the Jonzac thermal baths 20 minutes away, Royan 1h30 away. The gîte is close to the Barbezieux - Angoulême (35 mn) and Barbezieux - Cognac (30 mn) bus routes.

CHARENTE16 Très belles vacances en pays charentais
En juillet, nous avons passé 15 jours chez Marylène et Eric. Nous les remercions tout particulièrement pour leur l'accueil, leurs attentions si généreuses, leur gentillesse tout en respectant notre tranquillité. Le gite est très bien situé, au calme, proche des commerces et des sites touristiques de la Charente et Charente-Maritime.
Maison individuelle confortable avec jardin où tout est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Rien ne manque, tout est prévu par les propriétaires qui s'attachent à proposer un logement très propre et confortable.
Nous avons ainsi pu passer d'excellentes vacances, reposantes et ressourçantes. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir prochainement.- Cleanliness

Exeptionel Les aveyronais
Magnifique découverte de ce gite,nous avons été tres bien accueillis par Mme et Mr Santony.Maryléne et Eric vous reçoivent avec gentillesse dans un gite bien décoré,confortable et avec une trés bonne literie.Nous avons été bien accueillis avec des petits gateaux maison,et des produits du jardin.
Nous garderons merveilleux souvenir de notre passage dans ce gite confortable et charmant.
