Just a 5-minute walk from downtown Barbezieux, this 58 m² apartment is on the 1st floor over basement of a 1950s house with a shady, enclosed garden. It is detached and enjoys an unobstructed view.
Living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140cm), bathroom, wc.
The kitchen opens onto a 15 m² aerial terrace with garden furniture, electric barbecue and deckchairs, all overlooking a green setting. Private gardens to the front and rear of the house with garden furniture and sun loungers.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer are located in a room on the garden level.
Bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival.
Baby equipment: bed, high chair, changing table, potty, bathtub, reducer.
WIFI. Telephone coverage with all operators.
Heating to be paid on site.
Possibility of parking a small vehicle under the terrace. 2 bicycles available. Basketball hoop, swing set.
La Voie Verte 500 m away, Les Antilles and the Jonzac thermal baths 20 minutes away, Royan 1h30 away. The gîte is close to the Barbezieux - Angoulême (35 mn) and Barbezieux - Cognac (30 mn) bus routes.

Eric et Marylène sont aux petits soins.
Merci à eux pour les légumes bio et les madeleines faites maison pour notre retour.

5/5Voilà la troisième fois que nous y allons et nous sommes toujours autant ravis ! Cette maison est pour nous notre deuxième maison tellement nous y sentons à notre aise !
Marylene et Eric sont les meilleurs hôtes que nous avons rencontré , toujours aussi attentionnés, sympathiques et aux petits soins .
Des personnes fort attachantes et aimantes .
