Bright, functional single-storey rental, adjoining farm buildings and the owners' holiday home. Peace and quiet are guaranteed, with numerous walks in the surrounding area and heritage walks in Verteuil-sur-Charente, a charming little town full of character.
Access to Holiday cottage by 3 steps or on one level via the old garage. Entrance into a living room with dining area, sofa and kitchen units. Bedroom with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room/wc.
Access to an adjoining room (storeroom) for the shared freezer and washing machine.
Fiber-optic Internet access: Wifi via repeater.
Baby bed and high chair.
Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Heating available at extra cost in winter.

Couple nantais Semaine au Nord de la Charente
Le séjour s'est fort bien passé et a commencé par l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.
La Maisonnette est équipée de l'essentiel.
Nous avons apprécié la nombreuse documentation sur la région (circuits à pied, à vélo, visites culturelles).

Laurent Séjour à la, maisonnette de Poursac
site très calme non loin de sites historiques remarquables. Ce site convient tout à fait à un couple. Il est composé d'une pièce de vie avec un coin cuisine, d'une chambre et d'une salle d'eau. un hangar permet d'abriter la voiture. Contacts très courtois avec la propriétaire ainsi qu'avec la voisine qui a pu nous renseigner sur quelques détails. Je recommande ce site à quelques amis qui comme nous désirent passer des moments en toute quiétude.

Séjour très réussi : une jolie petite maison confortable et très bien équipée, où on se sent bien. Une grande cour entièrement close. Un environnement calme. Une belle campagne boisée avec de nombreuses possibilités de balades. Et un accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande !

Joelle et Guy Séjour à Poursac chez Lignac
Gite très propre et confortable, très bien équipé pour deux et notre chien.
Une grande cour close où le chien peut gambader en toute tranquillité.
Endroit très calme, nous y avons passée 15 jours, nature proche.
