Near Angoulême, self-contained gîte in a former miller's house partly dating from the 17th century, with 20 m² covered terrace and 1000 m² private enclosed garden, portico and table tennis.
First floor: living room, kitchen, linen room, wc, bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and en-suite shower room. Upstairs: three bedrooms with double beds (140cm), one with en-suite shower room, bathroom, wc.
Internet access.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, potty, stair gate at top and bottom.
You can also take advantage of the property's green spaces, with access to the river, to be shared with the owner and another holiday cottage.
Tourism and Handicap label, motor, auditory, visual and mental.
The site is close to a little-used railroad line, high up and partly sheltered by woods.

La petite famille Weekend en famille
Très bon weekend en famille, gîte très grand et confortable. Terrasse couverte pour pouvoir partager un bon moment en extérieur même si le temps est mitigé.
Cadre très verdoyant avec la rivière qui passe dans le terrain de la propriété.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très gentils.
