This Bed and breakfast offers 5 charming rooms, each decorated with care, as well as large, bright communal areas for meeting and sharing. Modern comfort meets Mediterranean authenticity in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is designed to encourage exchanges and create memories. Alone, as a couple or in a group, the experience is always a convivial one.

Ground floor: living and dining area and owners' kitchen.
Access to bedrooms via a staircase. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms and WCs, as well as reversible heating and air-conditioning.
The La Rochelle room has a 160x200 bed and a 120x190 extra bed. The Saint-Emilion room has 2 beds 90x190, and the Angoulême, Cognac and Périgueux rooms all have a bed 160x200.
To share with the owners and the Holiday cottage: alarm-protected heated Piscine: 5x10m and 1.5m deep, open from 9am to 9pm from April 1 to October 30. Spa, 6500m² enclosed grounds.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, booster seat. Wifi fiber.
On-site parking, owners' patio, garden furniture, barbecue, ping pong, table soccer, darts, pétanque and board games available.
