Part of this 19th-century Charentais farmhouse has been completely renovated to create a cosy, comfortable little cocoon. The Holiday cottage is attached to other houses, with no facing buildings. The private walled courtyard, covered terrace and barbecue area are ideal for relaxing.

Access to the Holiday cottage via 5 steps down, then into the spacious living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Separate toilet and small storeroom on first floor. Upstairs: bathroom, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms, each with a Bed 140 x 190, TV and desk.
Fiber-optic internet via box, large 140 cm TV with Netflix, Disney+ and connected speaker.
For babies: high chair and baby bed.
Outside: private parking, 45 m² enclosed private courtyard with covered terrace, fountain, garden furniture, ethanol fireplace, barbecue and summer kitchen (fridge, sink).
2 bicycles and 1 canoe available. Kids' playground 2 km away and X-Eau pool complex with Cinema/bowling/games 10 minutes away.
