Ideally situated for visiting Angoulême, capital of the comic strip world, and on the Périgord route.

Access to Holiday cottage via three steps and covered entrance.
First floor: separate fitted kitchen with pantry, living room with dining area and sitting area, linen room and separate WC.
From the living room, down to a wooden terrace with garden furniture in the private enclosed garden.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed and en-suite shower room, accessed via a steep staircase. Low cross-beams in the bedrooms.
Bed linen provided, Beds made on arrival. Fiber-optic internet connection. Baby equipment: baby bed, bathtub, high chair.
Exterior: 120m² private enclosed area including 80m² garden. Cellar accessible from the garden with 2 bicycles, barbecue. On-site parking.
Home caterer: "La Crunchette", on request. Heating extra.
