House adjoining another dwelling, not overlooked. Old stone sink, cellar, exposed beams and roof timbers have all been enhanced.
Ideally situated for visiting Angoulême, capital of the comic strip world, and on the Périgord route.
Access to Holiday cottage via three steps and covered entrance.
First floor: separate fitted kitchen with pantry, living room with dining area and sitting area, linen room and separate WC.
From the living room, down to a wooden terrace with garden furniture in the private enclosed garden.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed and en-suite shower room, accessed via a steep staircase. Low cross-beams in the bedrooms.
Bed linen provided, Beds made on arrival. Fiber-optic internet connection. Baby equipment: baby bed, bathtub, high chair.
Exterior: 120m² private enclosed area including 80m² garden. Cellar accessible from the garden with 2 bicycles, barbecue. On-site parking.
Home caterer: "La Crunchette", on request. Heating extra.
Close to the Scandibérique and Flow Vélo itineraries.

lojo Gîte au calme agréable où il fait bon séjourner
Nous avons eu un accueil fort sympathique, le gîte est propre et bien équipé. Idéalement situé pour ceux qui recherche la nature il est aussi proche de la ville et de ses commodités. Si l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Christian agréable, calme et confortable
Merci pour votre accueil bien sympathique. Ce gîte est fort agréable, confortable, chaleureux (même avec des températures extérieures négatives). J'ai aussi apprécié le calme environnant, les promenades en forêt proche avec ma chienne, la proximité d'Angoulême.

Bibi Séjour Angoulême
Très bon séjour. Beau gîte fonctionnel et bien placé pour visiter la région. Calme assuré dans un hameau en pleine nature mais proche d’un petit pôle commercial.
