This detached Charentaise house is surrounded by large enclosed grounds planted with trees. It is located 500 m from the village, in a relaxing setting overlooking the countryside.
First floor: living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 1 sitting room with 2-person sofa bed, bathroom, separate wc. First floor: 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, reading area, bathroom with toilet.
Terrace 70 m², private enclosed grounds 2500 m² with gantry and private enclosed swimming pool 5 x 11 m (maximum depth 1.70 m). Table tennis. Carport.
Air-conditioning if required in summer, fiber-optic wifi internet access, stereo system.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath, potty.
Heating/air-conditioning to be paid on site (on statement).
Daily cleaning available. Arrivals between 5 and 7 pm.
Nearby: Hiking trails, mountain bike rental, La Genétouze driving circuit.
Small dogs only, one pet allowed, by prior arrangement with owner.

Wij komen hier al enkele jaren. We krijgen altijd een warm welkom en alles is steeds correct geregeld bij aankomst en vertrek. De grote tuin en het aangename zwembad zijn voor ons een groot pluspunt. Ook het huis is ruim en voorzien van alle comfort. In de omgeving is ruim voldoende te doen qua uitstappen en brochures zijn aanwezig in het huis. Winkels zijn op ongeveer 10 minuten waar je alles kan vinden qua boodschappen voor bv een fijne bbq te doen. Ideaal voor een ontspannen en zorgeloze gezinsvakantie. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Déborah et Mathieu Vacances reposantes au soleil
Très agréable séjour, le gîte est grand et fonctionnel. L’extérieur est superbe et parfaitement entretenu. Tout est disposé de façon a toujours avoir un coin à l’ombre quelque soit le moment de la journée.
Mention spéciale pour la piscine, avec son joli kiosque et sa douche solaire pour se rincer après la baignade !

Thijs A lovely, spacious gite with a private pool.
Spacious kitchen and living room. Two bathrooms, five beds, and especially a huge garden with several terraces. The kitchen is a bit dated, but everything works and is immaculately maintained.
The area is very quiet, but within 10 minutes, you'll find a village with everything you need.- Cleanliness
