Located in a small village, this spacious house features a large living area (93 m²) with a kitchen, dining room, and living room with a fireplace insert and a pool table, accessed via three steps leading down. Also on the ground floor: a half-bath, access to the basement with a private laundry room and a gaming room with a foosball table (shared with another holiday cottage). Access to a large 110 m² outdoor terrace adjoining the other holiday cottage is available from the living area.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with access to a terrace (one with a 130-bed and the other with a 140-bed and a 120-bed). Also upstairs, a third bedroom with two 90-beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a large shower, and a separate toilet.
Access to the 1,000 m² garden via the basement and access to the 11x5m Piscine via the garden (about 60m away), open from May 15 to September 30, to be shared with the other Holiday cottage. The Piscine is secured by a covered shelter.
