The wow effect begins in front of the hornbeam-lined driveway leading to the 7-hectare property, which is completely enclosed. You'll then be seduced by the majestic trees, the south-facing house, its spaces for young and old, its billiard table and its sumptuous staircase. Audrey and Thierry have hunted out the objects, paintings and lamps to take you on a journey from the 1930s to more contemporary times.
The gîte is adjoining another gîte, and has independent access with its own terrace and private courtyard. The owners' house is at the rear of the gîte.

Large cedar kitchen opening onto dining room, TV lounge, billiards and gaming room. Entrance with checkroom, WC and access via the living room to the shared laundry room (private washing machine and tumble dryer shared with the other Holiday cottage).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds (or 2 80x200 beds), 1 suite with 2 90x210 beds and 1 180x200 bed (or 2 90x200 beds), bathroom with spa bath, WC, shower room with WC, 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed (or 2 80x200 beds), private shower room and WC. Wifi with fiber. Baby equipment on request: cot, bath and high chair.
Outside: 7-hectare walled garden, heated Piscine (11.3m x 3.8m) open 01/06 to 30/09, 10am to 9pm, shared with the other Holiday cottage. Private 57m² courtyard, terrace, brazier, shared table tennis, parking. Visit to the Spirulina farm. Possibility of renting the 2nd Holiday cottage for 15 people (Ref: 16G50543).
