Spacious, comfortable rental, very pleasant thanks to unobstructed views from every room. Nature invites itself into the décor of the gîte. As you stroll through the park and along the private path, you'll be able to observe the wildlife in complete peace and quiet. The gîte is close to the Château de La Rochefoucauld and the Braconne national forest.

Access to the house by 7 steps, then all on one level. Entrance hall, fitted kitchen, living room with large bay windows, dining area and sitting area.
Bathroom with large shower, separate WC, 3 bedrooms:
- One 140 x 190 bed
- Two 90 x 200 beds
- One 160 x 200 bed and a study area
From the living room, access to a terrace and balcony. Unobstructed view of the garden.
Outside: private wooded park of one hectare, private path in the woods. On-site parking.
Baby equipment: cot, bath and high chair.
Meter-reading charges. Internet access via fiber.
No pets allowed (fencing under construction).
Optional: 5-seater indoor private spa, in a separate glass room accessible from the outside, available all year round.
Rates for a 2 to 3-night stay: €100 and for a 4 to 7-night stay: €150.
