Situated in Charente Limousine, in the east of the department, this old house is full of charm, with its half-timbered facade, front door and period staircase. Situated on the left bank of the River City, in the heart of the town, shops and old quarters are within easy walking distance on both sides of the River City, via the town's old medieval bridge. For cycling enthusiasts, the Scandibérique and Vélidéale greenways are nearby. For motoring enthusiasts, the Le Vigeant racing circuit is 25 minutes away.

The entrance is on the first floor from rue Théophile Gibouin, then the central staircase leads to the living room (with fireplace) on the 1st floor, where breakfast is served either in this room or on the terrace at the rear of the house. Bedroom 2 is on the 2nd floor, with a double bed (160 x 200) and an additional single bed on request. It has a private bathroom and kitchenette, and a separate toilet adjoining the bedroom. Bedroom 3 on the 3rd floor has a double bed (160 x 200) and en-suite shower room with WC. Fiber-optic Internet access with wifi and repeaters on each level. For babies: cot and high chair. Outside: 85 m² terrace, 36 m² covered terrace, 200 m² enclosed garden. Heated Piscine measuring 7.5 x 3.5 m and 1.40 m deep, protected by a walled garden and accessible via a secure gate. The Piscine is open from 1/06 to 30/09 and heated from 15/06, available from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. A garage is available for bikes and motorcycles.
