In a hamlet in southern Charente, this gîte with covered swimming pool offers peace and quiet. It is on one level and adjoins another gîte on a farm close to hiking trails.

Living room/dining room/kitchen, two bedrooms each with one 140-size bed, one bedroom with two 90-size beds, toilet, bathroom, laundry room.
Private garden of 200 m². Shared facilities: 45 m² covered terrace with barbecue, unheated indoor pool (9.5 m x 4 m, depth ranging from 1.07 m to 1.77 m), open from April through the end of October, ponds (Fishing), paddleboat (2 life jackets available), petanque court, ping-pong table.
Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing pad, baby bathtub, potty, toilet seat reducer.
Reversible heating (air conditioning throughout the holiday cottage in summer). Firewood provided for the fireplace.
Fiber-optic internet access. Bed linen provided: sheets, dish towels, and bath towels; beds made on arrival.
