Gîte Hamac: Ground floor: entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 180 cm bed (or 2 90 cm beds) + sofa bed, private bathroom and toilet, 1 bedroom with 180 cm bed (or 2 90 cm beds) + 1 90 cm bed, private shower room and toilet, 1 bedroom with 140 bed, private bathroom and toilet. Large private terrace of 70 m². Laundry room.
Gîte Macaron: Ground floor: kitchen-dining room, living room. Floor: a bedroom with 180x200 bed (separable into 2 90 cm beds), a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds (can be combined), bathroom, separate toilet.
Additional bedroom on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard: 2 80cm beds which can be twinned into a 160cm bed, with private bathroom (Italian shower) and WC. Fiber Wi-Fi.
Outside: large enclosed garden 2000 m² with swimming pool (open from May to October), wood-heated outdoor Nordic bath with hydromassage jets, usable all year round, 1st fire free, and enclosed courtyard 1000m². Swing, ping-pong, sheets provided. In a village of the cognac vineyard, lodgings in an old wine farm completely renovated with swimming pool and Nordic bath.
