Adjoining another gîte, this old dry-stone house, typical of the Ruffecois region, is located in a village in the Charente valley.

First floor: living room with kitchen, wc. First floor: bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds, shower room.
Small, private, landscaped courtyard with garden furniture.
In July and August, on request from the owner and depending on weather conditions: private land on the banks of the Charente for fishing and picnicking, approx. 2 km away, to be shared with the other gîte.
4 bicycles available on reservation, including 1 equipped with a baby seat.
Sheets and towels available on request.
Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, bathtub, potty.
Regular cleaning service available during your stay.
Heating to be paid on site (flat rate).
Fiber optic connection: Internet TV service included.
