At the gateway to the Périgord region, this gîte is housed in a stone-built house adjoining the owner's house, with no facing building. Large terrace with unobstructed view, numerous leisure facilities.
First floor: living room with kitchen, shower room, wc, linen room. First floor: mezzanine with 140cm bed and baby bed, bedroom with 1x90cm bed and 1x90cm heater. Pellet stove.
Terrace, 700 m² private garden, swing, bicycle, table tennis.
Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, potty, bathtub.
WIFI. No suitable socket on site for recharging electric vehicles: recharging point 4km from Holiday cottage.
Donkey breeding on the property.
Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, one of France's most beautiful villages, is 10 minutes from the gîte. Accrobranche 4km away.

Patrice, propriétaire du gîte, très sympa, ouvert et de bons conseils pour nos visites, nous a acueilli très chaleureusement avec des gourmandises de la région.

Romanov Joli gîte, beau jardin pr savourer vue et silence
Joli gîte bien équipé et bien situé près d'un des plus beaux villages de France. Plages en bord de rivière à proximité. Pour des urbains en recherche de tranquillité, de silence, ce gîte est parfait avec sa belle terrasse et surtout son jardin arboré. L'été, on est bien sous les arbres. Accueil très chaleureux et généreux du propriétaire qui, bien qu'étant mitoyen, a su se faire discret ou prêt au dialogue selon les situations. On apprécie aussi bcp le marché de Ribérac à moins de 20 km, suivi d'un déjeuner à la brasserie des colonnes.
