In the south of the Charente department, 1 hour from Bordeaux, Isabelle, Jean-Pol and their dog welcome you to this spacious, comfortable gîte, facing the garden and swimming pool.

Situated on a main street in the village of Baignes, a town of 1,200 inhabitants, you'll have easy access to the shops, in a peaceful setting. The nearby "voie verte" is ideal for cycling or walking (Scandibérique itinerary).
The rental is in a detached house located close to the owners' home, on their fully enclosed property.

First floor: living room with fitted kitchen-dining area, linen room with washing machine and WC.
A steep staircase leads upstairs to a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and en-suite shower room, and a second bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and en-suite shower room and WC. Coolers upstairs.
For babies: Umbrella bed, bathtub, high chair, booster seat and changing table.
Fiber-optic Internet access via stand-alone repeater.
Outside: private 18 m² terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue,
To be shared with the owners: 5 x 3 m swimming pool, 1.50 m deep, with safety roller shutter. Piscine heated by heat pump and open from 1/06 to 30/09, 9am to 9:30pm. Piscine towels not supplied. 500 m² enclosed garden with trees, hammock, deckchairs and table. 3 bicycles. Bike shed.
Parking for unloading and off-street parking.
